This Savigny Premier Cru is particularly fine and harmonious, at the same time lively and mellow. From old vines, it is also very aromatic, with sensual aromas evoking exotic fruits, hawthorn blossom, apricot, spices. Good match with raw or baked fish, cooked seafood, but also with poultry or veal in sauce, terrines and pâtés, cheeses Camembert, Gruyère or Brie.
