Jin Jiji Darjeeling is the first Tea inspired variant within the Jin Jiji line.
Tea was chosen as a foundational component because India is home to the world’s most distinctive geographically indicated tea regions. Darjeeling, especially, is home to the most elegant & distinctive tea in the world.
Ginger, cardamom & clove, ingredients integral to the traditional preparation of Indian Masala tea (a daily staple in India) is also added. Each batch distilled uses Single Estate Tea of the highest grade from Jungpana Tea Garden.

PALATE
Layered and refined — concentrated juniper, gentle Darjeeling tea, refined Indian botanicals, soft citrus, with the precise Jin JiJi Indian craft gin complexity.
FINISH
Medium-long and refined — sustained juniper, gentle Darjeeling tea, refined botanicals, and a polished Jin JiJi Darjeeling fade.
