TASTING NOTES
COLOUR
Rich antique amber.
NOSE
Warm honey and vanilla to start, evolving to rich fruit and toffee. A perfect combination of rich brioche, apricot, chocolate and almond appear.
PALATE
Richly dark, with sweet, ripe plum flavours lead to sweet spices that are enhanced by layers of citrus.
FINISH
Initially matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels, finished in aged, hand-selected Oloroso Sherry Casks from Jerez, Spain.
