Kavalan Distillery is located in Yilan County, Taiwan, founded in 2005 by Mr. Tien-Tsai Lee. PALATE
Layered and luxurious — concentrated tropical fruit, dried fig, dark chocolate, refined oak, gentle wine cask depth, sherry sweetness, with the celebrated Kavalan Four-Cask elegance at full 15 Year Old maturity.
FINISH
Exceptionally long and refined — sustained tropical depth, mature oak, refined wine and sherry character, and a polished Kavalan 15 Year Old Four-Cask fade with lingering tropical complexity.
