Kawaii Shiroi
Kawaii Shiroi is a series of milk liqueurs from Sakurao Brewery & Distillery in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima. 'Kawaii' means cute and 'Shiroi' means white, after the milky colour; the packaging was designed by Nininbaori Studio.
The flavour
Taiwanese lychee gives a rich, floral aroma, and the milk adds a smooth, rounded body, with sweetness and acidity kept in balance.
How to serve it
Serve well chilled or on the rocks, or mix about 1:1 with soda water for a lighter, more refreshing drink.
