Korean-American entrepreneur and visionary, Bryan Do left a successful tech and media career to redefine Korean spirits. He founded craft beer brand The Hand & Malt in 2014, sold to AB InBev in 2018. He then set his sights on whisky—launching KI ONE, South Korea’s first single-malt distillery, in 2020. With expert input from Scotland’s Andrew Shand, Do set out to craft a whisky that doesn’t imitate Scotch or Japanese styles, but instead celebrates Korea’s unique climate, oak and spirit. His ambition: to position Korean whisky among the world’s finest.

Ki One Batch 1: Ki One Batch 1 Single Malt Whisky marks the bold debut of Korea’s whisky journey. Crafted with local ingredients and matured in the country’s distinct climate, it offers vibrant notes of vanilla, malt sweetness, oak, and subtle spice with lasting finesse.
