Ki One Tiger is inspired by Batch 3 Oloroso Sherry Cask, which won a double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It captures the essence of sweet fruitiness and the distinctive flavours unique to Ki One.
Nose: Ripe Fruits, Sweet Honey, and Oak
Palate: Creamy Sweet Caramel, Butterscotch, Raisin, and Nutmeg.
Finish: Apple, Plum, Rich Oak, and Oriental Spices.

Ki One Unicorn
Ki One Unicorn is inspired by Scotland’s foggy natural environment and the Ki One Smoked, which won a double gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. It offers a deep smokiness and earthy flavour with its own interpretation.
Nose: Damp, burning autumn leaves.
Palate: Orange peel, oriental spices.
Finish: Sweet honey, plums, rich oak, earthy finish.

Ki One Eagle
Ki One Eagle is specially selected and matured in Kentucky Bourbon casks and Missouri new Oak, which offers complex and deep flavours of sweet caramel and vanilla.
Nose: Rich oak and caramel.
Palate: Vanilla, nutmeg, banana and sultanas.
Finish: Long lingering oak with pepper corn and cinnamon.
