Every step happens on Kilchoman's own Rockside Farm on Islay's west coast: the barley is grown, malted, peated, distilled, matured and bottled on site. Lightly peated (around 20ppm) and matured for 11 years in a mix of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, Rockside balances light smoke with tropical fruit, citrus sweetness and warm spice. Bottled at 46% ABV.
