Profoundly aromatic Sauce-style (Jiang-Xiang) — concentrated soy-sauce character, fermented sorghum, aged grain, walnut, almond, dried mushroom, and the unmistakable aged Jiang-fragrance unique to long-cellared Moutai.
PALATE
Mellow, smooth, and exceptionally layered — distinctive soy-sauce umami, pear, walnut, almond, fermented grain, gentle sweetness, and a complex aged depth balanced by a strong nutty aroma.
FINISH
Mellow yet long-lasting — pleasant after-taste with sustained nutty aroma, refined Jiang-fragrance, and a smooth, warming fade.
