Kyro Gin - 50cl
Made from a rye distillate in which plants such as meadowsweet, sea buckthorn berries, birch leaves, and cranberries have macerated, this gin, named “Napue” and produced by the Finnish distillery Kyro, is so original that it can only arouse the curiosity of spirits enthusiasts. They will be delighted to discover the flavors of kiwi that flood the palate several minutes after tasting. Particularly original, the first nose is marked by notes of juniper, genepi, pine, and cough candy. Medicinal, it evolves into mustard seeds and sinapism. The palate is very spicy (pepper, nutmeg, clove). Then, Russian leather gives a lot of power to the aftertaste. Long after, a delicious blend of aromatic herbs (verbena, sage) and lychee invades the palate.
