LIMITED EDITION PRE-RELEASE
Following an old northern custom, the rye has been introduced to a touch of alder smoke in a 100-year old “riihi” barn. Alder wood tends to produce aromas that are reminiscent of campfire smoke, smoked ham, and the forrest. A rather delicate smokiness supports the rye flavours, resulting in a balanced complex whisky.
Matured in ex-bourbon, French oak, and New American white oak barrels. This is a pre-release making way for our wider smoked rye whisky range.
TASTING NOTES
Kyrö Pink Gin is a traditionally made small batch gin. It’s infused with foraged lingonberries, strawberries & rhubarb – the best of Finnish forests and gardens. A pink gin made to be equally enjoyed by everyone. Pink Gin gets the pink colour* from natural ingredients like strawberry and rhubarb, and with time the colour might fade. This does not affect the taste or quality of Kyrö Pink Gin. Try Kyrö Pink Gin with soda or tonic and lots of ice.
In the taste you find: Sweetish, soft, smooth, berry notes, juniper berry. Drink Pink with Fever-Tree tonic, slice of pink grapefruit and plenty of ice.
