TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Profoundly aromatic — peat smoke, caramelised dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, medicinal iodine, sea salt, antique leather, and polished oak — luxurious and beautifully matured.
PALATE
Velvety and rich — sweet smoke, caramelised dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, leather, dark cocoa, sea salt, and integrated sherry oak — full-bodied with extraordinary depth.
FINISH
Exceptionally long — lingering peat, dried fruit, dark caramel, sherried oak, gentle leather, and a slow warming spice depth fading gracefully — refined, contemplative, and beautifully composed.
