Delightfully minty, honeyed, and lemony, the aromatic and flavorful profile of this Glenlossie instantly transports us to the heart of Speyside. Added to this are absolutely delicious honeyed nuances and a unique tone characterized by the presence of unusual scents and flavors. The dominant notes of arugula leaves and balsamic vinegar in the finish are a testament to this.

Description
Color: Bright gold.
Nose: Rich, heady. At first nosing, lovely hints of straw, green almonds, and candied lemons accompany honeyed (acacia) and fruity (pear, apple, pineapple) aromas. As a highlight, green barley, chlorophyll, and green licorice refresh the atmosphere. Over time, a superb note of vetiver hovers above the aromatic palette.
Palate: Lively, sharp. Oscillating between freshly cut grass and almond milk, the palate follows the path set by the initial nose. In the mid-palate, aromatic herbs (sage, verbena, chamomile) inevitably intensify the vegetal character of the flavor profile. In the back of the palate, arugula leaves with a touch of balsamic vinegar take over the entire palate.
Finish: Long, balanced. Equally verdant, the beginning of the finish also brings juicy pears and freshly squeezed lemons to the forefront. However, dill and a beautiful malted bitterness quickly reconnect with the preferred vegetal terroir of this beautiful Glenlossie. In retro-olfaction, green licorice, incense, and juniper berries form a lively trio of flavors. The empty glass has a minty, heady (orris concrete), and medicinal (balm) aroma.
