TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Bold and aromatic — vanilla, dark caramel, ripe orchard fruit, gentle baking spice, dark chocolate, dried apricot, and warm toasted French oak — concentrated and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full-bodied and rich — vanilla cream, dark caramel, honeyed orchard fruit, baking spice, dark cocoa, dried apricot, and integrated French oak — bold, layered, and harmoniously balanced at higher strength.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering vanilla, dark caramel, soft baking spice, and a soft French oak warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
