Representing just 5% of cognac vineyards, the Borderies terroir is the smallest and is known for producing floral, aromatic and fruity eaux-de-vie. With an aging potential of about 20-30 years, Borderies eaux-de-view is emblematic of Martell house style. Expect candied fruit, soft spices and honey.
