TASTING NOTES

Nose: Ample, expressive, evokes citrus (grapefruit, orange), but also spices, mountain honey, and wax.

Palate: Dense, but well supported by the citric acidity and the underlying minerality. Nuts, dried flowers, roots: the palate is lively and remains dynamic at all times.

Finish: Long, complex, slightly oxidative, on honey, wax, and straw.
