TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Vivid and abundantly citrus-forward — yuzu, lemon zest, and rich orange juice lead with Amanatsu and Kabosu following close behind, layered with coriander, a delicate menthol note, soft apple fruitiness, and the gentle warmth of Sansho pepper.
PALATE
Initially sweet with the luxurious silky mouthfeel of the Coffey base, then a wave of citrus peel rolls in — lemon, orange, and yuzu building into layers of fruit and exotic spice, grounded by soft juniper and an earthy, harmonious depth entirely unlike any London Dry gin.
FINISH
Exceptionally long and tangy — pleasantly tart Japanese Sansho pepper lingers alongside bright citrus zest, apple, and a slowly fading warmth that rewards every sip of this extraordinary gin.
