Nikka Coffey Vodka – 70cl

A vodka that only Nikka could make — and one that fundamentally redefines what vodka can be. Launched in 2017 alongside the Coffey Gin as an extension of Nikka's celebrated Coffey Still range, the Coffey Vodka applies the same extraordinary vintage continuous still technology that produces Nikka's acclaimed Coffey Grain and Coffey Malt whiskies to a spirit category that rarely benefits from such care, craft, and character. The result is a vodka of rare texture, richness, and aromatic personality — a deliberate and elegant rejection of the neutrality that defines most commercial vodka production, in favour of something with flavour, mouthfeel, and a distinctly Japanese sensibility.

Corn and malted barley are separately distilled into multiple batches at subtly different ABV levels and flavour profiles, then carefully blended by Nikka's expert distillers before being refined with white birch charcoal — a filtration method that purifies the spirit while preserving its natural character rather than stripping it away. Bottled at 40% ABV, the Coffey Vodka is as compelling sipped neat as it is in a cocktail.
