𝗠𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗸𝘆𝗼 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁: From Miyagi, Japan, this refined malt offers fruity, floral freshness and depth from ex-sherry cask maturation, epitomizing the distillery's delicate character.

𝗠𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗸𝘆𝗼 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 - 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗲̂𝘁𝗲: Remarkable whisky with balanced peat, fruity vitality, diaphanous smoke, and exhilarating sweetness, following rare peated single cask predecessors.

𝗬𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁: Released in 2016 without age statement, capturing Yoichi's authentic style with a blend of malt whiskies, balancing peaty, smoky, and fruity aromas.

𝗬𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁: This 2022 release highlights yeast's influence, offering a floral and fruity profile with characteristic peat from the Hokkaido distillery.

𝗬𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝟭𝟬 𝗦𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝘁: From Nikka's first distillery on Hokkaido's coast, known for its maritime and peaty notes. This 10-year-old expression balances smoky, mature flavours with woody and herbaceous nuances.
