Patron Anejo Tequila – 75cl
Patrón Añejo is a 100% Blue Weber agave tequila aged a minimum of twelve months in a combination of small French oak and American whiskey casks at Hacienda Patrón in Los Altos, Jalisco — NOM 1492.
The careful blending of casks of different sizes, ages, and provenance gives Patrón Añejo its signature layered profile — vanilla, dried fruit, and gentle smoke — while keeping the highland agave clearly at the centre.
An accomplished sipping añejo for the snifter, the small ice cube, or a serious Old Fashioned riff.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Rich and warming — cooked agave, vanilla, dark caramel, soft dried fruit, gentle baking spice, and a wave of toasted oak — mature and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full-bodied and rounded — caramelised agave, vanilla cream, butterscotch, dried apricot, soft cinnamon, and integrated oak — refined and harmonious.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering caramel, vanilla, soft spice, and a gentle agave warmth fading slowly — mature, polished, and elegantly composed.
