Plantation O.F.T.D. (Old Fashioned Traditional Dark) is a celebrated overproof rum blended specifically for tiki cocktail use by master blender Alexandre Gabriel of Maison Ferrand alongside leading rum experts including David Wondrich, Audrey Saunders, and Paul McGee. The blend combines high-ester Jamaican pot-still rum, traditional Bajan rum, and overproof Guyanese rum to deliver an intensely flavoured, full-bodied overproof tiki rum.
Produced by Maison Ferrand in Ars, France — a celebrated Cognac and rum house known for traditional craftsmanship and double maturation (initially aged in tropical conditions, then refined in French oak Cognac casks). Plantation has rebranded as Planteray, with O.F.T.D. continuing as the flagship overproof tiki expression.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Intense and very precise notes of coffee, orange, plum, jam and truffles.
PALATE
It bursts with caramel cream, chocolate and vanilla notes. It continues on with cinnamon, raisins, nutmeg, oak and molasses with smoky accents.
FINISH
Long and lingering with dark chocolate, clove and caramel.
