TASTING NOTES

  Portofino Dry Gin is light and dry with citrus, floral and herbaceous notes combining for a distinguishable and charming Mediterranean character. Juniper, lemon and floral rose are fragrant on the nose, with the florals settling and herbaceous notes elevating on the palate alongside citrus, juniper and hints of fennel. The finish sees warmth develop with earthy notes, herbaceous bay and rosemary, fennel/anise and soft spice. With a drop of water or dash of tonic the flavour and mouthfeel become more rounded and full. It's a gin that's likely to go down well with fans of dry and herbaceous gins, and lemon peel makes for an ideal garnish starting point
