Aromatic and complex — caramelised dried fruit, vanilla, sherried dried fruit, ripe stewed fruit, dark caramel, gentle pot-still spice, soft toasted nuts, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and warm toasted oak — refined and beautifully matured.
PALATE
Full and rounded — caramelised dried fruit, vanilla cream, sherried dried fruit, honeyed orchard fruit, dark toffee, gentle pot-still spice, soft toasted nuts, dried apricot, gentle leather, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering vanilla, sherried dried fruit, gentle pot-still spice, dark caramel, gentle leather, and a slow warming oak depth fading gracefully — refined and beautifully composed.
