The Lustau Edition is a collaboration between Redbreast and the legendary Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain — one of the most respected and historically significant sherry houses in the world. After the standard Redbreast maturation, the whiskey receives an additional finish in both Fino and Oloroso sherry butts sourced directly from Lustau, adding a distinctive dry, nutty, and fruit-rich sherry dimension that sets this expression apart from the standard range.
