TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — gentle salinity, ripe red fruit, vanilla, soft caramel, gentle baking spice, dried apricot, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full-bodied and rich — honeyed red fruit, gentle salinity, vanilla cream, dark toffee, gentle tannin, dried apricot, and integrated wine-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced at higher strength.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering red fruit, gentle salinity, vanilla, gentle tannin, and a soft wine-cask warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
