The finesse of the Gin relies on a long maceration with chosen botanicals in order to achieve full extraction of their flavour components. The production process is a slow and careful one. From distillation in the copper potstill to reduction, the process will take six to eight weeks in order to keep the most flavoursome aromas in the Gin.

TASTING NOTES
Clear. Asian styled aromatics leading with coriander, ginger root and lemon grass over background juniper. Second pass highlights mandarine. Soft entry with juniper and citrus, leaning towards lemon and mandarin through the tangy, spiced-up finish. Hints of coriander and pepper in a brisk aftertaste. Fresh and exotic.
