TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Reveals exuberant and fresh notes of tropical citrus, Siam pomelo, and calamondin. Upon aeration, more traditional aromas of juniper berries, pine needles, and maquis emerge.
PALATE
Velvety and offers fruity and floral notes of coriander, which harmonize ideally with the rich and complex world of grains of paradise: vanilla pod, ginger, chocolate. Then come the spicy and woody notes of Makwean pepper.
