SirDavis is an American whiskey created in collaboration between Beyoncé Knowles-Carter and Moët Hennessy — an artisanal whiskey produced from a unique mash bill that includes both rye and malted barley alongside corn. Aged in new charred American oak barrels and finished in Cognac casks. Bottled at 44% ABV.
Named after Beyoncé's great-grandfather Davis Hogue. The whiskey draws on Beyoncé's Texas heritage and Moët Hennessy's expertise in spirit-making.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Aromatic and complex — vanilla, dark caramel, ripe orchard fruit, gentle rye spice, dried fruit, soft floral notes, and warm Cognac-cask oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and rounded — vanilla cream, dark caramel, honeyed orchard fruit, gentle rye spice, dried apricot, soft brown sugar, and integrated multi-cask oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering vanilla, dark caramel, soft rye spice, and a soft Cognac-cask warmth fading slowly — distinctive and refined.
