Sonoma Bourbon and Sonoma Rye are reminiscent of a more traditional style of whiskey. These uniquely robust and full-bodied expressions are the result of double distillation process in handmade copper pot stills. Sonoma Bourbon has a mashbill made out of 70% corn, 25% wheat and 5% malted barely.

Nose: Freshly baked cornbread, vanilla and a sharp hint of sandalwood.
Palate: Smoky roasted vanilla, toffee popcorn, coffee and rich bitter dark chocolate.
Finish: A short and dry finish, though pepper spice lingers slightly.
