Speyburn 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt aged for at least 15 years in a careful combination of American ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks at the historic Speyburn distillery, founded in 1897. without chill-filtration to preserve maximum aromatic intensity and texture.
The Speyburn distillery sits on the banks of the Spey at Rothes and uses water from the Granty Burn — long celebrated for its purity and mineral character.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Rich and aromatic — ripe orchard fruit, sherried fruit, vanilla, honey, dried apricot, gentle baking spice, and warm toasted oak — layered and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full and rounded — honeyed orchard fruit, dried fruit, vanilla cream, soft caramel, gentle leather, and integrated oak — silky and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering dried fruit, vanilla, soft caramel, and a gentle peppery oak warmth fading slowly — refined and beautifully composed.
