Hibiki 17 Year Old is a celebrated blended Japanese whisky β Suntory's discontinued aged Hibiki expression that became globally famous after appearing in Sofia Coppola's film "Lost in Translation" (2003). Aged for at least 17 years across multiple cask types including the rare Japanese mizunara oak. Bottled at 43% ABV.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Opulent and aromatic β caramelised honey, ripe stewed fruit, sherried dried fruit, vanilla, dark caramel, gentle baking spice, mizunara incense, soft red berry, and warm toasted oak β luxurious and beautifully matured.
PALATE
Velvety and rich β caramelised honey, sherried dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, gentle leather, mizunara spice, sandalwood incense, and integrated multi-cask oak β silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Exceptionally long β lingering honey, sherried dried fruit, vanilla, mizunara incense, dark caramel, and a slow warming oak depth fading gracefully β refined and beautifully composed.
