NOSE
Rich and warmly inviting — apple, toffee, and honey open with sweet marzipan, banana, citrus fruits, subtle tangy marmalade, chocolate mousse, and a gentle sherried edge — malty, sweet, and thoroughly approachable.
PALATE
Fresh and mellow — pear, creamy peaches, roasted pineapple, and Demerara sugar lead into stewed apples, blackberries, Christmas pudding, toffee-coated barley, and a hint of ginger and pepper — smooth, fruity, and gently layered throughout.
FINISH
