Teeling Whiskey Distillery, founded in Dublin's Liberties in 2015 by the Teeling family, was the first new distillery to open in Dublin in 125 years — reviving the city's historic whiskey tradition with a genuinely innovative and quality-driven approach to Irish whiskey production. The Single Malt is Teeling's most complex and wine-influenced expression — finished in five different wine cask types: Madeira, Port, Sherry, Chardonnay, and Burgundy. Each cask type contributes a different flavour dimension to the Irish single malt character, producing a whiskey of unusual complexity and layered fruit character.
