The Single Pot Still celebrates Teeling's revival of the Dublin pot still tradition — using a combination of malted and unmalted barley distilled in pot stills in the Liberties, matured in ex-bourbon, Oloroso sherry, and Pedro Ximénez casks for a characterful and spiced pot still expression of genuine Dublin character.
