The Botanist Islay Dry Gin, is produced at the Bruichladdich Distillery, and is made using 31 different botanicals (22 hand-foraged on the island of Islay) including: angelica root, cassia bark, elder flowers, gorse flowers, lemon balm and peppermint leaves. Perfect in a multitude of gin-based cocktails, but it has to be said that makes for one of the most epic G&T’s! This particular bottle even comes with its own rosemary planter, so you can grow your own garnish.
