The GlenAllachie

The GlenAllachie distillery was established in 1967 near Aberlour. In 2017 master distiller Billy Walker, with partners Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson, acquired it and made it independent, and the first range of GlenAllachie single malts followed in 2018.

The whisky

The 21 Year Old is released in small batches, each built on the last. Batch 4 (2023) came from three vintage Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons from Jerez, bottled at 51.1% ABV in a run of 2,000 bottles and presented in a pine green gift box. The current Batch 7 (2026) combines Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks at 51.9% ABV. Every batch is non-chill filtered with no colour added.

How to enjoy it

Taste it neat first, then add water a few drops at a time: at cask strength it opens up noticeably. Serve after dinner with dark chocolate or espresso.

Frequently asked

Which batch is this?
The 21 Year Old is released in numbered batches with different strengths and cask make-ups. Please check the batch number and ABV printed on the label; our tasting notes refer to Batch 4.

Should I add water?
It is bottled at natural cask strength, so a few drops of water usually soften the alcohol and release more fruit and spice. Try it neat first, then adjust to taste.

Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. Book a private viewing at our showroom at 2 Sims Close, #02-10, through our concierge on WhatsApp +65 9680 5856.

How is it delivered?
