The whisky
The Master Distiller combines first and second fill American oak casks, which bring fruitiness, with ex-sherry casks that add spicy complexity. After at least 18 years the result is rich and balanced, with toffee, sweet orange and a long, raisin-led finish.
How to enjoy it
Serve it neat in a tulip glass and let it rest for a few minutes. A few drops of water lift the orange and toffee. It pairs well with dark chocolate with orange, or a sticky toffee pudding.
