Nose: Chocolate ganache, plum jam and manuka honey. Aromas of fresh lemon zest, toasted cinnamon and orange blossom.
Taste: A deep and complex single malt with rich flavours of sweet fig, and blood orange complemented by warming ginger, toasted oak, and a long, sweet finish with gentle spice notes.
Palate: Complex, flavours of sweet fig and blood orange are complemented by warming ginger, toasted oak and a hint of charred pineapple.
Finish: Long and sweet with gentle spice notes.
