A stronger Sherry Oak
The Macallan created 110 Proof as a higher-strength expression of the Sherry Oak 12 Years Old. It was announced on 29 October 2025 and made available through select global retailers and travel channels.
The whisky
Matured mainly in sherry-seasoned European oak casks, it is amber in colour and full-bodied. The extra strength brings out dates, cherry, cinnamon and cacao, with a long, warming finish.
How to enjoy it
Try it neat first, then add water a few drops at a time. At 55% ABV each addition opens new layers of fruit and spice.
