Released in 2026, Fresh Coconut closes the Harmony Collection, which began with Rich Cacao and went on to explore coffee, Scottish meadows, oak with Cirque du Soleil and tea.

The whisky

The Macallan's whisky team selected sherry-seasoned American oak and bourbon casks for the coconut notes American oak gives naturally. Expect fresh coconut, citrus zest and tropical fruit over vanilla and sweet oak.

How to enjoy it

Try it neat first. A few drops of water open up the citrus and tropical fruit, and it pairs well with coconut or lime desserts.

PALATE

Lime and lemon sponge with vanilla icing, desiccated coconut and coconut milk over dried tropical fruit and soft oak spice.

FINISH

Sweet oak, citrus zest, vanilla and lingering coconut, softly spiced.
