Aromatic and complex — sherried dried fruit, dark caramel, vanilla, dried fig, gentle baking spice, leather, and warm toasted oak — distinctive and beautifully composed.
PALATE
Full-bodied and rich — caramelised dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, gentle leather, ginger, and integrated sherry oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Long and warmly oaked — lingering dried fruit, dark caramel, sherried oak, gentle spice, and a slow warming depth fading slowly — refined and beautifully composed.
