TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Sweet and welcoming — caramel, toffee, and vanilla lead with roasted nuts, buttery toast, demerara sugar, candied orange peel, stewed apple, and a light hay and malt sweetness — gentle, accessible, and immediately inviting.
PALATE
Rich and buttery with spice, creamy oak, and toasted malt — orange zest, blackcurrant, nuts, toffee, brown sugar, and hints of dark chocolate-dipped fruit creating a smooth, well-balanced whole with a satisfying malty core.
FINISH
Medium in length — sweet cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and lingering fruit with a gentle oaky warmth fading cleanly — straightforward, pleasant, and thoroughly easy-drinking.
