Valdespino Inocente Fino Sherry is a celebrated craft single-vineyard Spanish fino sherry — produced exclusively from Palomino Fino grapes from the celebrated Inocente single-vineyard (one of the few Jerez sherries produced from a single named vineyard). Distinctive for its biological aging entirely under flor (the celebrated yeast veil) for an extended period, giving exceptionally pure, dry, saline character.
From Valdespino — one of Jerez's most prestigious traditional sherry houses with 14th-century roots.
