NOSE
Aromatically marked — concentrated fruity pineapple, gentle liquorice, savoury elements, soy sauce umami, and the distinctive Wu Liang Ye Strong-Aroma (Nong-Xiang) signature from five-grain fermentation.
PALATE
Bold and complex — pineapple-forward fruitiness, liquorice, savoury soy-sauce umami, layered five-grain depth (sorghum, rice, sticky rice, wheat, corn), distinct dryness.
FINISH
Very dry, long, and lingering — sustained pineapple notes, liquorice, soy-sauce umami, with the alcohol warmth of 52% baijiu and the characteristic Wu Liang Ye Strong-Aroma fade.
