Eighteen years in carefully selected casks has built considerably greater richness and character on the distillery's characteristically light, citrus-led foundation: the fresh lemon of the younger expression maturing into richer toffee and candied citrus, the gentle spice deepening into warm oak and dried fruit, and the whole gaining a satisfying weightiness from the bottling at 46% ABV. Non-chill filtered and presented at natural colour, the 18 Year Old is an underrated and excellent value aged Speyside for Singapore whisky enthusiasts who appreciate quality discovery beyond the familiar labels.
