An Cnoc 12 Year Old Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky – 70cl
An elegantly light and refreshingly approachable single malt from one of Speyside's most overlooked and quietly accomplished distilleries. The Knockdhu Distillery — whose whisky is bottled under the anCnoc name to avoid confusion with the nearby Knockando — was founded in 1894 by John Haig & Co on the southern slopes of Knock Hill in Aberdeenshire, and has been part of Inver House Distillers since 1988. anCnoc (Gaelic for "the hill") is released non-chill filtered and at natural colour — a commitment to quality that its price point rarely demands but the distillery consistently delivers. The 12 Year Old is matured entirely in ex-bourbon casks, producing a light, clean, and refreshingly fruit-forward Speyside single malt with genuine delicacy and character. An excellent introduction for those exploring Speyside in Singapore, and a reliable everyday pour for those who know it well.
