Produced in the heart of the Scottish Highlands’ peat bogs, “Peatheart” recalls the incredible natural diversity and iconic landscapes that can be found there, which are incredibly rich for whisky production.
TASTING NOTES
Nose : An explosion of smoke evolving into fruit. Ripe pear, apple, and then lemony notes with a touch of tobacco in the background. The nose is balanced, smoky, and sweet.
Palate : The smoke is well-presented, then revealing notes of leather and stewed apple. Chocolate then appears, finding its balance with vanilla and lemon zest.
Finish : Warm and gentle with floral and softly smoky notes.
