Frequently asked
Why "Unpeated" as a Contrasts variable?

TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Sweet and immediately inviting — vanilla fudge, spiced baked apple, and freshly baked almond croissants lead with fresh lime, heather, oatcakes, stewed fruits, candied pineapple, red apple, and raspberry — a beautifully clean and purely fruity Speyside nose without a trace of smoke.
PALATE
Sweet with vanilla fudge and malted biscuit opening into spiced baked apple, pineapple, sweet liquorice, raisins, dried apricot, red apple, salted caramel, and underlying herbal influences — full-bodied, gently spiced, and compellingly characterful throughout.
FINISH
Medium in length — fresh menthol, floral notes, ginger, and a touch of oaky pepper fading cleanly — a lifted, fruit-basket sweetness with just a hint of bitterness to balance.
ABV: 46% ABV
