TASTING NOTES
NOSE
Opulent and aromatic — gentle peat smoke, caramelised dried fruit, sea salt, vanilla, dark caramel, dried fig, antique leather, and polished oak — luxurious and beautifully matured.
PALATE
Velvety and rich — sweet smoke, caramelised dried fruit, vanilla cream, dark toffee, dried apricot, gentle salinity, leather, dark cocoa, and integrated sherry oak — silky, layered, and harmoniously balanced.
FINISH
Exceptionally long — lingering peat, dried fruit, dark caramel, sherried oak, sea salt, gentle leather, and a slow warming spice depth fading gracefully — refined and beautifully composed.
