Cu Bocan Signature is a celebrated craft Highland Single Malt — produced by Tomatin Distillery and named after the Gaelic for "Spectral Hound" (a local legend). Distinctive for its lightly-peated profile (unusual for Tomatin's normally unpeated Highland style) matured in a combination of bourbon, sherry, and virgin oak casks.
